February 27: Happy Independence Day Dominican Republic! When Nancy Soto, Seattle ALPFA VP of Marketing, asked me last year if we would be interested in writing an article to celebrate Dominican Republicโs Independence Day, two words came to my mind: heck yeah!!! couldnโt think on a better way to celebrate nuestra independencia. Thanks ALPFA Seattle for the opportunity to highlight our country and culture. Being Dominican means being LOUD, happy and friendly.
