What exactly do I do for a living? Depends on the day 😅 Officially, I’m an IT Project Manager. But if you ask the team, stakeholders, or my calendar, you’ll probably get very different answers. Some days I’m a: 🔥 Firefighter Production issue? Critical defect? Unexpected blocker? Suddenly everyone’s priority becomes my priority. 🎭 Diplomat Aligning business expectations, client requests, development realities, and deadlines without starting an international incident. 🌎 Translator Converting technical language into business language… and business requests into something developers can actually build. 📅 Calendar Magician Finding a meeting slot that works across multiple countries, time zones, teams, and holidays. ☕ Professional Follow-Up Specialist Because apparently “Just checking on this…” is a project management methodology. 🔮 Risk Predictor Trying to identify problems before they become escalations. 🕵️ Detective Investigating who changed what, when it happened, and why nobody documented it. 🎪 Chaos Coordinator Keeping multiple projects moving while everyone believes theirs is the only project that exists. 💡 Problem Solver Not because I have all the answers, but because eventually somebody has to find them. And my favorite unofficial title: ❤️ People Manager Without Being a Manager Because a big part of the job is helping people communicate better, work together, and move toward the same goal. At the end of the day, project management isn’t really about timelines, reports, or status meetings. It’s about helping people turn ideas into results. And somehow making the impossible look organized. #ProjectManagement #ITProjectManagement #Leadership #PMO #ProgramManagement #Agile #ProjectManager
