suprabhat paltan 🫶 ukw, I was working on how can I improve the experience for all my lovely people applying to the 9th edition of gssoc this year and make the best open source program even better and it made me think - we live in India - we speak so many languages - what if someone wants to take part in open source but cant speak english? 😲 so in the next update - gssoc website will also talk to you in hindi - it is just one of the first language we are adding - but a step towards creating opensource more inclusive we have also made some changes in the application evaluation flow, so we can go through more applications faster - so my family 🩷 wont have to wait longer 50,000+ people apply each year but I want to make it 100,000+ this time, and make open source accessible to all my brothers and sisters comment down what are some features you would like to see in this edition and if this post gets 500 comments - I might leak some interesting insider info in this weekend as always - if I missed you in last post - comment down in this one - I will bring some good sweet and sour limbu pani for you 👀 - cause you deserve it big love to all, your fav intern
