The eighth edition of the Exponential Real Estate World’ Evening once again proved to be an outstanding success, reaffirming the power of visionary entrepreneurship blended with social responsibility. Spearheaded by the legendary promoter Mr. Nikhil Shah, this landmark initiative has now completed eight consecutive editions, each elevating the conversation around the built environment. This week’s gathering centred on the forward-looking theme “Future-Ready Buildings: Designing Smarter and Sustainable Spaces.” The evening drew nearly seventy to eighty distinguished professionals from architecture, real estate, sustainability, and allied fields. The atmosphere was electric yet warm, beginning with crisp introductions that gave every participant limited yet meaningful time to present their work and express gratitude, an elegant format that set the tone for genuine connection. Architect Hiten Sethi, celebrated for his path-breaking design philosophy, graced the evening as Chief Guest. He was warmly supported by the presence of Lalit Lahoti, Regional Head of Sobha Realty, who was felicitated for his contributions. The highlight of the evening was the incisive panel discussion moderated by Veteran Mansoor Ali featuring Girish Wankhede, Kashyap Dalal, Mayank Thakkar, Veekesh Gupta, Hiten Sethi and Hitesh Shetty. With remarkable clarity and depth, the panellists explored the intersections of climate resilience, sustainability, security, and strategic public relations; offering actionable insights on future-ready projects that left the audience enriched and inspired. Presentation by Kashyap Dalal and Mr. Mayank thakker were received with huge appreciation. The evening reached a stirring crescendo with Architect Hiten Sethi’s compelling closing presentation, which held every listener captive. His wife Arc Rashmi Sethi was also honoured with a noteworthy recognition. The charismatic Tushar Vyas kept the proceedings seamless, while Mr. Nikhil Shah, with his signature wit, heartfelt gratitude, and soulful shayari, added poetic grace to the evening. Mr Nikhil Shah, a modern-day Shaayar in the real-estate fraternity who needs no introduction, he moved the gathering with both intellect and emotion. What truly stood out was the growing sense of community. The Exponential platform has evolved from a series of events into a thriving ecosystem where architects, designers, and industry leaders handhold one another, exchange ideas, and co-create futuristic, sustainable solutions.
