As 2025 comes to an end, I want to pause for a moment and talk about what truly sits at the heart of Cosmo I Building Health Confidence. This year was not just about milestones, although there were important ones. Strong Phase 3 results. Real progress in digital health. AI becoming part of how we think and act, not just how we present. A new identity that better reflects who we are becoming. But what matters most goes deeper than that. Everything we do is about building health confidence. Confidence for patients who need to trust that science will show up for them. Confidence for physicians who rely on evidence, rigor, and consistency. Confidence for partners and investors who believe in long term value built on facts, not hype. And confidence inside the company, where people know their work matters. Health confidence is not a slogan. It is earned. It is earned in labs, in clinical trials, in manufacturing sites, in code, in meetings where tough decisions are made, and in moments where integrity matters more than speed. It is earned by people. That is what I am most proud of in 2025. The talent at Cosmo is extraordinary. Scientists who care deeply about patients and data. Engineers who turn complexity into scalable solutions. Leaders who raise standards and teams who hold each other accountable. People who are curious, ambitious, and committed to building something meaningful together. My role this year was to set direction and ambition, but the progress we made came from the collective intelligence, energy, and belief of this organization. Watching talent grow, leaders emerge, and teams rally around a shared purpose has been the most rewarding part of this journey. Looking ahead to 2026, our aspirations are big. We want to push science further. We want to translate innovation into real impact at scale. We want to be trusted, not because we say the right things, but because we consistently do the right ones.
