𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲.   And some evenings stay with you for a long time.   Last night, the Sailing Club - POLIMI Graduate School of Management we had the privilege of sitting down with 𝗚𝗶𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗼 𝗕𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶 Professional Sailor and Vice President of 𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗮 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗮 Prada Pirelli.   Just 10 days after our own regatta in Cala Dei Sardi. Only four days after 𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗮 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗮's incredible victory in the America's Cup preliminary races in Cagliari.   The timing felt like a sign.     For a few hours, we weren't in a room anymore. We were on the boat navigating campaigns, difficult decisions, setbacks, breakthroughs. And above all: the values that have always guided the team through its most extreme challenges.   𝗚𝗶𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗼 brought something rare to the room: vision, clarity, and humanity under pressure.   This wasn't a masterclass about sailing. It was a masterclass about what it truly takes to build something that lasts. To lead when everything is at stake. To transform passion into excellence consistently, relentlessly, over years.     The evening became even more special through the stories shared, the memories, and the kind of connections that only this world knows how to create.   Alex Thomson, 𝗚𝗶𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗼 and I talked about you.
