π¨ Final Call for Papers - ALTARS 2026 π¨ This is the final call for papers for the 4th edition of ALTARS: Augmented Intelligence for Technology-Assisted Reviews, co-located with The Web Conference 2026 in Dubai, 13-17 April 2026. β³ Deadline in two weeks! January 22nd, 2026 ALTARS provides a focused forum for researchers and practitioners working on high-recall retrieval, Technology-Assisted Review (TAR), and expert-in-the-loop AI systems, especially in high-stakes and domain-specific settings. Topics of interest include (but are not limited to): - Technology-Assisted Review and high-recall retrieval systems - Active learning, relevance feedback, and interactive ML - LLM-augmented review, verification, and evidence synthesis - Explainability, transparency, and bias in review pipelines - Real-world deployments in legal, scientific, regulatory, and policy domains Submission types: Full papers: 8 pages (+ up to 4 pages for references/appendices) Short papers: 4 pages (+ up to 4 pages for references/appendices) Keynote abstracts: 2 pages (all content) All submissions follow the ACM two-column format. Accepted papers may be included in the Companion Proceedings of The Web Conference 2026, subject to the official camera-ready timeline. β οΈ Important note: ACM has introduced a new Open Access publishing model for 2026 conferences.
