With perseverance, miracles can be created

Healthcare is often expected to provide certainty. A clear diagnosis. A defined treatment plan. A predictable outcome. But in reality, medicine often begins with uncertainty. Symptoms that don’t fit neatly into categories. Cases that require time, observation, and adjustment. Decisions made with the best available information not perfect information. This uncertainty is not a weakness of healthcare. It is part of it. What matters is how we respond to it. With careful thinking. With collaboration. With honesty towards patients and families. And with the willingness to adapt when new information appears. Because great healthcare is not about always being right immediately. It is about continuously moving closer to the right answer. And doing so with responsibility and care. #Healthcare #Medicine #ClinicalDecisionMaking #PatientCare #HealthcareLeadership
