One thing I hate in this era of mergers and consolidations are silent goodbyes. So this will be a loud letter of appreciation for a very special place called adam&eveBerlin. In just three years, we left a mark on the industry, winning over rational Germans for our belief in Feeling First. We set a new benchmark for creative strategy and creative excellence, competing with big powerhouses in no time. From a truly diverse team, coming together from different backgrounds, I learned that the best creative minds connect way beyond egos, silos and different cities. And show up for each other every day. For me it was the place where I found my strategic signature. And the place that gave me access to the international agency world, with the best colleagues from London just a quick phone call away. It's a place I leave with a heavy heart.
