In a move that falls somewhere between tub-thumping and trumpet-blowing, ...Gasp! has spent the last year or so throwing poorly-tied bags of dog doo-doo at the agency ageists who think they can do good work without the involvement of anyone old enough to remember Byker Grove.   It has attracted an awful lot of attention, a lot of support and, sadly, a lot of stories from people who have been pushed out of a job they have, after all these years, become bloody brilliant at.   It’s almost like these lofty, spreadsheet-sniffing bigwigs see experienced people as a perishable commodity – something that starts to decay before your very eyes the older we get.
