📚 Today we were pleased to welcome Year 11 Westside students to Gibtelecom for an informative visit, giving them a closer look at our business, our people and the opportunities available within the telecommunications industry. 🌐 The session covered a general overview of Gibtelecom, our history, technical developments, sustainability initiatives and the various departments that make up our organisation, with a particular focus on our Technical, Enterprise and Carrier verticals. 🎤 A special thank you to our Information Systems Manager, Alistair Gomez, and Enterprise Sales & Account Manager Team Leader, Jamie Bosio, who delivered an engaging presentation and shared insights into their own career journeys, helping students understand the diverse pathways available within the industry. 💡 Experiences like these help bring classroom learning to life, providing valuable real-world context that students can draw upon as they progress through their studies.
