An intense and inspiring penultimate day of the Early Music French Focus 2025 at the Ambronay Festival: - 12 French ensembles pitched over 30 projects to our international delegation during a dynamic morning session. - A presentation and tour of the magnificent Centre Culturel de Rencontre d’Ambronay. - Two outstanding concerts: LES MUSICIENS DE SAINT-JULIEN with a refined selection of 17th-century French repertoire, and Ensemble Il Caravaggio performing the rarely heard "Die Schuldigkeit des ersten Gebots" by a young Mozart — just 11 years old! The evening concluded with the celebration of REMA - European Early Music Network’s 25th anniversary and a convivial cocktail gathering. A warm thank you to the Centre culturel de rencontre d'Ambronay for their welcome and enriching exchanges throughout this weekend.
