Open Banking & AI Business Leader , Directeur de Programme

A few weeks ago, I came with Yana Kirilova to meet the students of Master 2 Finance Technology Data and share our roles, our experience, and how we work with Data, AI and decision-making in practice within BNP Paribas Personal Finance This time, Hugo Lemee , Olympe Fernandez , Akram S. Benaissa, @Dah Sidi Bouna, Amin Tarbouch , Yoav Cohen , Adnane B. , Marouane Sakai, you returned the favour brilliantly by coming to present your experiences and the award you won. Beyond the quality of your analysis, the relevance of your statistical models and the data you used, what impressed me the most, were your soft skills: - Your strong teamwork - Your well-balanced role distribution during the presentation - Your ease in pitching complex topics - Your ability to engage a diverse audience across Risk, Operations, Data and Business - Your strong capacity to solve problems - Your results-driven mindset This is exactly what mentoring and the company / university relationship should be about: a two-way learning experience. A big thank you as well to Charaf Z. for the organisation and for managing such a talented group of students. Initiatives like this truly make a difference.
