This deployment is a direct result of the Authority’s seafaring promotion policy, aimed at bridging the global seatime deficit and clearing the backlog of graduates awaiting professional certification. This milestone was made possible through the strategic engagements of Deputy Director General, Mubarick Masawudu, with Bahri | البحري officials on the sidelines of the 2025 African Maritime Security Conference in Addis Ababa. The Director-General Dr Kamal-Deen Ali (Naval Capt Rtd) emphasized that these results are a product of industry synergy and passion.
