She left a career in emergency management to build something Ghana’s homeschool families desperately needed. Not a school. Not a programme. A community. Chauncia Willis-Johnson looked at the diaspora families arriving in Accra, the expat parents trying to find their footing, the Ghanaian families who chose a different educational path and she saw the same thing in all of them. Isolation. So she built Ghana Homeschool Collective.
