Preserving history, strengthening #partnerships. 🇬🇭🤝🇯🇵 A high-level delegation comprising the Ambassador of Japan to Ghana, the Secretary-General of the Ghana Commission for UNESCO, Prof Osman Tahidu Damba, PhD, the Head of the #unesco Accra Office, Edmond Moukala and Programme Officers from the Communication and Information Sector visited the Noguchi Museum at Korle Bu Teaching Hospital. The visit provided an opportunity to explore and identify original materials used by Dr. Hideyo Noguchi as part of ongoing efforts to document and preserve his remarkable legacy in #ghana. Such collaborations reinforce the shared commitment of Ghana and #japan to safeguarding #documentary heritage and ensuring that significant historical records are preserved for future generations.
