✨ "Preserve the philosophy to preserve the brand’s soul." ✨ This pre-board training from Woxsen University's L.E.A.P. gave me a true glimpse into working on real-world case studies. It not only deepened my strategic understanding but also massively boosted my confidence. 🚀 ☕ Case Study 1: Nothing Before Coffee I explored how a rapidly expanding brand navigates the "scaling paradox" in its initial years without facing brand dilution. 📈 Through my analysis, I proposed an insight that became a core learning for me: how crucial it is to anchor a brand to its core philosophy and value proposition—preserving its soul rather than just replicating exact branch aesthetics to hit an expansion target. 🎯 A special thanks to Dr. Robert Ipiin Gnankob for his incredible insights during our presentations. 🗣️ He emphasized looking closely at market architecture and the preferences of non-Indian customers who may prefer a taste of home over non-native flavors. Our group discussions with him beautifully expanded our perception of opportunity costs in strategy. 🗺️ 🧵 Case Study 2: Gramshree - A Hybrid Social Enterprise Model Focusing on a regional artisan community driven by women empowerment, 👭 I presented how a brand built on holistic artisan development can achieve near 0% attrition, yet still face challenges at its weaker operational links. The key? Staying true to your competitive advantage and continuing to nurture a people-first system that ensures psychological safety and artisan dignity while maintaining product consistency. 💎 Through an HR lens, I truly realized that people are an enterprise’s ultimate value. ❤️ Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Javad Shahreki for his immense positivity toward our solutions and for highlighting concepts that thrive in the real world. 🌍 His one-on-one interactions completely put us at ease through those pre-presentation nerves! ✨ Thank you, School of Business Woxsen University's L.E.A.P., for making this transformative experience happen. 🤝 #WoxsenUniversity #LEAP #StrategicManagement #HumanResources #BusinessAnalysis
