Every engineer discovers their path differently. For Lauren te. Riele, engineer at GE Vernova, it started when friends recognized her talent for calculus and encouraged her to explore engineering. Not every student gets that kind of early exposure. Many don't have opportunities to experience engineering until much later in their educational journey. That's why GE Vernova launched Engineers of Change: to help students explore engineering earlier, build real-world skills, and discover what's possible.
