As a lifelong tinkerer, Kelvin’s passion for engineering developed after he was able to shadow an engineer through a work study program at his school, leading him to add it as a major. Today, he mentors with The Engineers of Change to bring more hands-on engineering opportunities to younger students so that they can gain exposure to the possibilities much like he did. Kelvin seeks to help students discover what engineering possibilities are out there before they’ve enrolled in university.   According to Kelvin, “We need more engineers to help solve the world's biggest problems.
