Small upgrade decisions can have a meaningful plant impact. The advanced gas path (AGP) upgrade for 7EA and 7E.03 gas turbines was developed to increase output and help improve heat rate while fitting within a normal hot-gas-path outage. When paired with the advanced radial diffuser (ARD) and high-output robust compressor (HORC) upgrades, operators can also reduce diffuser wear and gain additional output.
