Global Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Day brought teams across Asia Pacific together to reinforce a shared commitment to creating a safer, healthier, and more sustainable workplace. This year's celebrations were especially meaningful as Robert Cummings, Vice President, Global EHS, joined teams in the region, engaging with employees and leaders on the importance of our safety culture, the "Energy of Care" wellness framework, and our foundational commitment to "Stop Work and Speak Up." Across our sites, employees participated in safety walks, hazard hunts, emergency response drills, interactive learning sessions, safety quizzes, and demonstrations designed to strengthen awareness, encourage proactive risk identification, and reinforce our Life Saving Rules. From leadership discussions and employee recognition to hands-on activities that brought safety to life, the day highlighted the collective ownership that powers our Zero Harm culture. Because safety is more than a priority. It is a value that guides every conversation, every decision, and every action. Maged Sidaros | Maj.
