We were honored to join the FastCompany’s Innovation Festival alongside global business and tech leaders. Our President Brad Smith took the stage during the “Data to Decisions: How Consumer Insights Fuel Innovation" panel to share how Sunday is transforming a $50B legacy industry by putting our customers at the center of innovation, to redefine it for Millennials and Gen Z who expect digital ease, sustainability, and transparency. "Sunday was founded to drive change. We started doing deep user research, and when we would talk to these homeowners, we realized they didn’t know how to take care of their yard or have the confidence to be successful. We learned it wasn’t just good enough to develop solid, non-toxic products, we also had to invest in relationships with these customers, and provide content and personalized guidance to make them successful using our products in their yards.” We’re incredibly grateful to FastCompany and insightful co-panelists from SharkNinja and Pinterest for bringing this conversation together.
