Prevention was a hot topic at REBA Congress yesterday. And it’s clear that prevention is moving to the centre of workforce strategy. Leading employers are shifting from reactive wellbeing initiatives to proactive prevention. Our very own Sara Redwood hosted a demo workshop of Peppy’s women’s health service, reinforcing the importance of supporting employees across all career and life stages - from menstrual health and fertility to pregnancy, parenthood, menopause and more. And of course, it wouldn’t be Peppy without a little fun… Peppy socks and hats were flying. Literally. 🧦 🧢 One benefits leader told us they’re taking their Peppy hat to Thailand this summer!
