𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗞'𝘀 𝗯𝗶𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗵𝗶𝘁 𝗮 𝗵𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗹𝗼𝘄. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽. The UK's total fertility rate has dropped to just 1.41 children per woman, which is the steepest decline of any G7 nation. And while headlines tend to focus on lifestyle choices, the data tells a more complex story. People who want children aren't getting support early enough. Conversations aren't happening.
