Business Leader I Explorer & Adventurer I INSEAD Alumnus: executive MBA

This August I will leave Lenzing Group after alltogether more than 18 years. A simple sentence. The journey behind it was anything but. From my first internships with Lenzing Indonesia to global leadership and senior executive roles across audit, purchasing, HR, strategy, transformation and business service these chapters have shaped and defined me in profound ways. They challenged, they stretched me, they introduced me to outstanding people across continents and cultures. I lived abroad, led complex transformations and through crisis, always on the intersection (sometimes edge) between business performance and long-term responsibility. Something I will always value. Most of all, I leave with gratitude — for trust, for collaboration, for friendship, and for the many shared efforts behind the scenes that never made it into titles or headlines, but mattered to me the most. Sometimes it is enough to know that certain directions begin to call more clearly than others. This is one of those moments. Thank you to everyone at Lenzing and beyond who have been part of this journey and especially to my mentors over the years such as Ian Colley, Günter Krohn, Wolfram Kalt, Marco Schlimpert, Stefan Doboczky, Christof Pöltner and Peter Keppelmueller as well as to my many many Lenzing friends such as Bernhard Lintner, Parsan Chand, Manfred Ratzenberger, Anton Putz, Bernhard Nader, Christian Schneider, Vojtech, Katarina, Upal Ray, Julia Zhang-Zedrosser, Carla Miller, Mara Benevides, Dagmar Lušovská, Sherman, Matt Carn, Thanat Limpanich, Vibra Bihara, Valerian Schrauf, Ismail Abdullah, Herbert Grill, Krishna Manda (he/him), Martin Koval and many many more ! A partciular and heartfelt sincere thanks to all teams working with me during these years, in particular BPMPC Indonesia, Global Technical Store, Site HR and Global HR and last not least Lenzing Business Service! You guys are aweseome! #Lenzing #Leadership #Big Five for Life  #Sustainability, Ecology, Nature #NewChapter #Grateful
