Previously, he spearheaded Transformation & Innovation at the Ecclesia Group, where he focused on driving organizational change and modernizing service delivery. Earlier in his career, Dominik spent four years in Unternehmensentwicklung & Transformation (Corporate Development & Transformation) at Allianz Trade in Hamburg. His extensive background across prominent industry players like Allianz and Ecclesia has provided him with deep insights into fragmented process landscapes and the evolution of classic revenue models in the digital age. Dominik holds an M.Sc. in Digital Transformation & Sustainability from the HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration, with international studies in San Francisco. He also earned a B.A. in Business Administration from The Berlin School of Economics and Law and Metropolia University of Applied Sciences in Helsinki.
