Strengthening Skills Development Through Partnership!   Building on several years of successful collaboration, the German Sparkassenstiftung for International Cooperation Southern Africa (DSIK) and the Windhoek Vocational Training Centre (WVTC) have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) under the Financial Inclusion and Medium/Small Enterprise Promotion for Employment and Resilience in Southern Africa project.   The MoU strengthens our joint commitment to advancing entrepreneurship, enhancing vocational skills development and expanding economic opportunities for Namibians through practical, market-relevant training and capacity building initiatives.   The signing took place during the visit of DSIK's Head of Africa Division, Stefan Henkelmann and Regional Director for Southern Africa Markus Tacke, reaffirming the strong partnership between DSIK and WVTC and our shared vision for sustainable economic development.   Together, we are creating pathways for employment, entrepreneurship, and resilience. #DSIK #DSIKSA #DSIKNamibia #Sparkassenstiftung #WVTC #Entrepreneurship #SkillsDevelopment #FinancialInclusion #Namibia #MSMEs #Employement
