Federal minister for transport and digital infrastructure visits the Bay Area   On November 30 and December 1, Germany’s federal minister for transport and digital infrastructure, Andreas Scheuer, together with some of his staff from German Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure visited the San Francisco Bay Area to have talks about the future of mobility. Together with Consul General Oliver Schramm, Marc Lendermann and Beate Antonich he met with researchers and companies in San Francisco and in #SiliconValley to discuss a variety of topics including autonomous vehicles, hydrogen, synthetic fuels, airspace management, shared mobility, the bottlenecks in California’s ports causing supply chain disruptions and much more.
