Building on the long-standing success of German dual vocational education in El Gouna, this collaboration launches the prestigious "Train the Trainer" (AdA International) program for the hospitality sector. The initiative is designed to further strengthen practical workplace training by qualifying hospitality professionals from partner hotels as certified in-company trainers and mentors. By empowering industry experts with internationally recognized training competencies, we are contributing to the continuous development of hospitality education and supporting the next generation of skilled professionals in the Red Sea region.
