🇰🇷 𝐆𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐩𝐬. 𝐄𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. 𝐊𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬. What a start for our program in Korea! Over the past two days, our German Accelerator startups have kicked off their 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐊𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲, connecting with founders, investors, corporates, and ecosystem leaders through a series of workshops, networking opportunities, and events designed to help them explore one of Asia's most dynamic innovation markets. One of the week's highlights was the 𝐄𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐍𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭, co-organized together with the EIC - European Innovation Council, ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA Seoul 𝐚𝐧𝐝 Global Incubator Network Austria (GIN). Yesterday's event brought together startups, investors, innovation leaders, and ecosystem stakeholders from Europe and Korea to exchange ideas and explore new opportunities for collaboration. We were honored to welcome distinguished guests including 𝐇.𝐄. 𝐔𝐠𝐨 𝐀𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐨, 𝐀𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐨𝐟 𝐊𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐚, 𝐇.𝐄. Today, the momentum carried into NextRise (넥스트라이즈) 2026, where our 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐩 𝐆𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐏𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 welcomed founders, investors, corporates, and ecosystem partners from across the region. We were delighted to once again welcome 𝐉ö𝐫𝐧 𝐁𝐞𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐭, 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐊𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐚 to the pavilion and showcase the innovative German startups participating in this year's program. Throughout the day, our startups showcased innovations in 𝐀𝐈, 𝐃𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡, 𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 while building new relationships and exploring future partnerships. Highlights included meetings between founders and leading Korean corporates and investors, including for example ongoing exchange between SpiNNcloud 𝐂𝐄𝐎 𝐃𝐫. 𝐇𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐨𝐧𝐳𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐳 𝐚𝐧𝐝 GS Ventures, reflecting the growing interest in German deep-tech innovation within Korea's startup ecosystem.
