It all started in 1966 when Gerhard Schubert founded the company in Crailsheim with a clear vision: Making packaging processes smarter, faster, and more reliable. What began as a bold idea grew into a global team of 1,700 people, still family-owned and still driven by the same values. But the real story isn't told by machines alone. It's told by the people who built them. The faces in this video shaped who we are today. From the early days on the shop floor to the company we've become across three generations.
