𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗜𝗧'𝗦 𝗚𝗢𝗜𝗡𝗚 ... It’s no secret that the power sector is the largest contributor to carbon emissions. What better way to help drive #decarbonization than to work on the technology of the world’s largest, most efficient industrial gas turbines? I have manufactured metal 3D-printed components which enable these giant engines to power hundreds of thousands of homes with a single unit while also cutting the carbon emissions by half versus a coal power plant. I collaborate with global colleagues and customers on the design of alternative gas fuel systems with the goal of providing cleaner, more reliable baseload electricity by using available fuel mixed with green hydrogen. As social movements and international governments target #netzero #carbonemissions, our products are already leading the way to show that it is possible. That means with each schematic I mark up, with every valve I size, my work is helping to shape a more sustainable #FutureOfEnergy and therefore substantiate public policy around it.
