What is sales for me? 😲✨️ Working alongside my father in a grocery store in Lebanon, dealing with suppliers and customers, was the foundation of my understanding of how to build and maintain strong relationships with people. Later, my Master's degree helped me understand the importance of customer experience in generating meaningful sales rather than simply focusing on numbers 🤝🏽📚 A good salesperson doesn't see a customer as just another transaction. Humanizing the interaction and providing personalized service makes all the difference. It encourages customers to return and share their positive experiences with others. To me, this is the true essence of sales, and I strive to apply it in every interaction 😊👋 I'm not perfect, and I'm always learning and improving my skills to provide the best possible experience to every customer who walks into the store. What I find most fulfilling is knowing that I have left a positive impression and made a lasting impact on someone's day. Having customers return and specifically ask to be assisted by me is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work 🥳🤩 I am also grateful to the management team for recognizing my efforts and even spoiling me with sweets from time to time for my performance. As someone with a sweet tooth, I certainly appreciate that!!!! 😋🍫 I believe that when you do things the right way, bring your individuality into everything you do, and stay true to your core values, you set yourself up for success. So be yourself, do what makes you unique, and never stop being you ❤️🔥 #Sales #CustomerExperience #RelationshipBuilding #RetailSales #BusinessDevelopment #CustomerSuccess #SalesProfessional #PersonalGrowth #Leadership #CustomerService #CareerJourney #LinkedIn
