Save the date for Session 2 of "Protecting Lives: Children, Youth, and Vulnerable Road Users within the Safe System" on 16 June. Led by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the Asia Pacific Road Safety Observatory (APRSO), with partners The George Institute and the CAREC Program, supported by the Japan Fund for Prosperous and Resilient Asia and the Pacific. The second session, featuring our colleagues, Blaise Murphet and Julie Brown, will detail the levels of tolerance children, young and vulnerable people can withstand, and the system required to protect them. It will also outline how enhancing this system can realise significant co-benefits for childhood development, healthy lifestyles, air quality, and economic outcomes.
