Exciting new results from the TRIDENT trial have shown that a low-dose triple-pill (GMRx2) can reduce the risk of recurrent stroke by about 40% in patients with intracerebral haemorrhage and high blood pressure. This once-daily combination pill not only improved blood pressure control but also led to a third fewer major adverse cardiovascular events compared to placebo.
