The discussion focused on the importance of aligning education with labor market needs, strengthening cooperation between government, educational institutions, and industry, and advancing reforms that equip the workforce with the skills required for a competitive and sustainable tourism economy. The panel highlighted the critical role of VET in addressing current and future workforce challenges, promoting innovation, improving service quality, and supporting the long-term growth of Georgia's tourism and hospitality industry.
