What happens when you bring global quality leaders together in one room? Momentum! 🚀 This week at our Kaiseraugst site in Switzerland, our Global Quality leadership community spent three days connecting, collaborating, and preparing to accelerate our ‘Quality Unites Us’ program. As our Strategic Projects rapidly scale, we focussed on bringing a similar level of energy and momentum to Quality Unites Us’ other workstream: sustaining our Quality Culture. To do this, we are doubling down on key Quality Behaviors: Learning & Owning Simplifying & Proactivity Speaking Up We laughed, we tackled the tough questions, and above all, we stood united in our mission to deliver for our people, our organization, and - most importantly -our patients.
