Moving Forward with Gratitude and New Purpose at Micropep After six incredible years, I’m stepping away from Indigo. It’s been an extraordinary journey—setting up Indigo’s operations in Europe from scratch and, since the summer of 2023, leading our global biologicals organization. I look back with deep appreciation for the talented teams I’ve had the privilege to work alongside and the innovative spirit that has defined our shared efforts to advance agriculture. To everyone at Indigo: thank you for the collaboration, the inspiration, and the trust. I’m proud of what we built together and will be cheering you on from afar—wishing you all the success you deserve in the chapters ahead. I’m equally thrilled to share my next challenge: I’ve been appointed CEO of Micropep, a company whose innovative micropeptide technology and mission deeply resonate with me. Micropep is entering an exciting new phase, moving toward the commercialization of its technology, and I’m honored to lead the organization as it brings its vision to life. The potential of micropeptides to drive meaningful change in sustainable agriculture is real, and I’m looking forward to working with the team and our partners to shape what’s next. Georg
