Gentherm Vietnam hosted Career Day 2026 this June, welcoming nearly 60 students from Hanoi University of Science and Technology to our manufacturing site. 🎓✨ As part of our annual university engagement program, students gained first-hand exposure to Gentherm’s manufacturing operations, automation and digitalization initiatives, LEAN culture and career pathways. Through leadership presentations, plant tours and networking with employees and alumni, participants gained valuable insights into the skills and experiences needed for successful engineering careers.
