Good community engagement is as much about listening as it is about doing. ​ It means engaging early and openly, building trust, and fostering local decision-making. ​ Over the years, Gentari Australia has been proud to work closely with the Wangan Jagalingou Traditional Owners Aboriginal Corporation. As part of the Clermont Solar Project, we are continuing to support their annual NAIDOC Celebrations and their Wangan and Jagalingou Youth Training in Caring for Country. ​ In their words, this support delivers “greater impact for our community” and aligns “closely with the goals of reconciliation, cultural empowerment, and community-led development."
