A key part of delivering the Maryvale Solar & Energy Storage project is creating meaningful learning, employment, and business pathways. ​ Since mid-2025, Gentari and its construction partners have worked hard to connect local people and businesses with project opportunities. ​ This has included liaising with the Industry Capability Network - NSW, the NSW Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, EnergyCo’s Central West Orana Aboriginal Working Group, and hosting information sessions and job fairs. ​ Gentari is committed to ensuring that our clean energy future fosters social and economic capacity within the regional communities where we work and live.
