Hi LinkedIn Network! I’m hiring a fully remote People Partner (HR Business Partner) at LTK supporting Engineering, Product, and Revenue. LTK moves quickly — Priorities shift, teams evolve, and the role requires a high level of ownership and comfort operating in ambiguity. I wanted to share a bit more context on what tends to work well in this environment so you can get a feel for whether this role aligns with your experience before applying. This role is a strong fit if you: 💡 Have ~6+ years in HR, with direct experience as an HR Business Partner or in a HR consulting-style role where you’ve independently advised leaders 💡 Have owned (not just supported) core people work — workforce planning, performance management, development, data analysis and change management 💡 Are comfortable coaching mid-level leaders directly with some exposure to senior level leadership and working across very different functions (Engineering, Product, Revenue, Sales) 💡 Have managed employee relations and sensitive situations with strong judgment 💡 Have led initiatives end-to-end, driving high-quality outcomes 💡 Use data and insights (bonus if you’ve used AI tools) to inform decisions and anticipate needs 💡 Are comfortable shifting between hands-on execution and higher-level advisory as business needs evolve This role may feel like a stretch if you’re looking for: ➖ A more structured or slower-paced environment ➖ A role that is primarily focused on execution or coordination vs. partnership and influence ➖ Clearly defined lanes vs. working across changing priorities and different teams Bonus if you have: ⭐ Experience supporting Engineering, Product, or Revenue teams in a tech or high-growth environment ⭐ Familiarity with HRIS/ATS tools and using data/AI to support decisions ⭐ Background in engagement, org design, facilitation, or talent development #HRjobs #openroles #hiring #HRcareers
