2025 was a year of momentum for Generations Recruitment. Throughout the year, we stayed active in the ecosystem through podcasts, round tables and sector events, contributing to meaningful conversations around talent, leadership and the evolution of recruitment. We strengthened our approach to motivational recruitment, continued developing our GRAM tool, and had the pleasure of reconnecting with our community during our GR Alumni Event. We were also honoured to receive our second Talent Business Awards and this time as "Recruitment Agency of the Year". In a challenging market, this recognition reinforces our belief in a human, structured and long-term approach to recruitment. This video is a short recap of what shaped our year.
