📣 We’re delighted to share Generation UK’s 2025 Impact Report. In a year marked by rising unemployment and a rapidly changing labour market, we supported ~800 learners facing barriers to employment, helping to build long-term, meaningful careers. Some highlights from our new report 📊 : ✅ 800 learners supported on our skills programmes ✅ 556 job placements - 20% more than 2024 ✅ 84% job retention after one year for our alumni Behind these figures are life-changing stories from learners like Dylan, an IT Support bootcamp grad: “Gaining employment has given me financial stability and a sense of direction.” In 2025 our outcomes show strong results in key areas we measure: 𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐝, 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 impact. 🔵 Improved reach to our target learner groups informed by alumni board contributions 🔵 Developed durability data: 60% of our alumni who completed programmes more than 18 months ago show salary growth that exceeds industry benchmarks 🔵 Building for the future, with plans to launch a sector-leading Randomised Control Trial, expand college partnerships, and continuously adapt programmes to employer needs.
