Across the country, we’ve been investing in dealerships through the training, retention and recruitment of more technicians. Working directly with high schools, colleges and our Shifting Gears program, we’re always looking for new ways to bring in more skill and education to help GM customers. And as Aaron Charbonneau, our Director of Dealer Service and Warranty Operations, said, we’d take 1,000 more technicians tomorrow if we could.
