As the cancer care community gathered at ASCO to explore what’s next in oncology, the Community Health Equity & Workforce Exchange hosted by Vive Tu Vida En Forma brought a critical perspective to the conversation: the frontline voices helping to make the future of care more connected, trusted and accessible. This powerful convening highlighted the role Community Health Workers (CHWs) play every day. Work that far too often goes unrecognized: helping patients navigate care, building trust within communities and connecting people to critical health resources and support.
