Spectrally analyzers support AI transformation in chemical plants. The work happens in the algorithms. Their analytical layer runs on AI-based chemometric models: classifie complex spectra, handle multivariate regression from spectrum to concentration and flag anomalies. We calibrate these models on the customer's own process data, not on a generic catalog. Modern analyzers generate a steady stream of process data. For a plant going through its own AI transformation, that data is what makes deeper analysis of its processes possible in the first place.
