Geisinger was well represented at the National Lipid Association Scientific Sessions 2026, showcasing the expertise and leadership of our clinicians, researchers and trainees. Congratulations to: • Dr. Sean DeAngelo, cardiology fellow, for attending the Foundations Course • Devaney Taylor, PharmD, clinical lipid pharmacist, for presenting a research poster • Dr. Tyler Schubert, Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine graduate, for authoring and presenting multiple lipid research posters • Zach Salvati, genetic health researcher, for presenting a research poster • Caroline DeRichemond, CRNP, CLS, FNLA, on her induction as president of the Northeast Lipid Association Chapter • Michael DiMaggio, PharmD, clinical lipid pharmacist, for presenting a research poster • Cole Walters, PharmD, clinical lipid specialist, for being named a Lipid Scholar • Dr. Kerry Singh, cardiology fellow, for being named a Lipid Scholar A special recognition to our Lipid Scholars. This highly competitive National Lipid Association program is designed to prepare future leaders in lipidology for board certification. Each year, only 15 scholars are selected from approximately 120 applicants nationwide. We're proud to see Geisinger colleagues contributing to research, education and leadership at the national level.
