𝐀 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐈𝐓 𝐚𝐭 𝐆𝐞𝐢𝐬 We are taking the next step in the development of our IT organization: Effective January 1, 2027, Thomas Pentza will become Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the Geis Group, assuming responsibility for IT across the entire organization, and will be appointed Managing Director IT of Hans Geis GmbH + Co KG. He will already join the Geis Executive Board in July 2026.   Thomas Pentza has been part of the Geis Group for many years and has led our IT organization in Germany since October 2023. In his new role, he will bring together the IT organizations in Germany, Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), and Quehenberger Logistics under one group-wide leadership structure. With the newly created CIO position, we are strengthening collaboration across countries and organizations, leveraging expertise more effectively and driving key topics such as digitalization, security and artificial intelligence (AI). We are excited to take this important step together with Thomas Pentza.
