Closer to the water. Harmony, tranquillity – and water. All sorts of water. The Cove Residences at The Ellinikon in Athens are the epitome of luxury living. The internationally renowned architectural offices Bobotis+Bobotis and ISV Architects have designed the 115 residences with a focus on well-being and serenity. In order to do so, they bring natural light into the building and emphasize green design in the surrounding area. The interplay of hard and soft materials – stone and wood – also enhances the sense of well-being, complemented by the presence of water. This is not only evident in the breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea, whose waves lap just a few meters away. Pools on the ground floor and on the top floors, as well as smaller standing water features, provide aquatic delights that form part of the overall sense of well-being. The mindful use of water extends into the bathroom as well. There, the architects opted for Geberit Sigma cisterns and iCon toilets with TurboFlush. Working together as a toilet system, the products boast high flushing performance that is also impressively quiet. Thus, water conservation and a sense of well-being in the home go hand in hand. #Geberit #GeberitGreece #TheEllinikon #TheCoveResidences #ReferenceProject #Architecture #LuxuryLiving #BathroomDesign #WaterEfficiency
